Read carefully

All participants over 18 years old and legal guardians of youth participants must sign a release consenting to medical treatment, acknowledging risks, and waiving and relinquishing all claims which may accrue on account of participation in these sessions. Participants and guardians who present for a session without a signed release will be asked to sign one at the class. Alternatively, participants and guardians may download the release form, print it, sign it and bring it to the session(s) already filled out and signed.

Photo / Model Release

By checking this box, I give the Outdoor Heritage Foundation and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game permission to use my or the above-named participant's (if participant is under 18 years of age) photograph for informational or educational purposes without incurring any debts or liabilities of any kind.

Refund Policy

When you click "Submit Registration" you are agreeing to these terms. If you cancel more than 1 day prior to the class you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 1 day prior to the class or do not show, no refund will be issued.

Step 5
Submit Registration

Click "Submit Registration" to submit your application. Classes are filled in the order in which registration is received. Enrollment confirmation will be sent via email including the amount owed if applicable. When a class is full, we will add names to a waiting list and notify individuals if space should become available.
